External Thermally Insulated Composite System (ETICS)

EIFS or ETICS (as it is called in Europe), is a complete wall insulating composite system, which is made up of multiple layers and uses many components to ensure a well insulated and moisture-free, seepage proof building walls and openings (doors / windows). The multiple layers are shown in the adjoining drawing. Proper thermal design of the layers can prevent any condensation seepages into air conditioned building walls. The exterior insulation layer ensures that the daily expansion (due to sunlight) of different building materials of the walls, in varying degrees and their subsequent contraction at night, does not age the building through micro crack formation. Thus the buildings with Reliable EIFS protection do not grow old and require minimal maintenance.

You want your Building to look and feel beautiful, not only on the day of its inauguration, but over its lifetime. However, the weather and outside environment makes your building grow old due to daily expansion (by solar heat) and contraction (at night) of the various layers that go into making the building envelope. However, the different materials that make the structure , expand and contract at varying degrees, gradually resultinng in structural damage due to ageing. This problem is accentuated by the seepage and moisture condensing in a conditioned building during High Relative Humidity or Sultry days.

However, with Reliable EIFS, you can stop this ageing of buildings simply by applying an external insulation layer of Polystyrene Foam, which is thermally stable and contains the temperature gradient, preventing the stress cracks and as a tough yet flexible composite layer it can be designed to repel dust, and moisture penetration due to rain and hailstorm, etc.
